Reflection on Epicurus - Number Three Met nog eens a hartlijk “Dank je wel!” voor Franzi en Stan

My third Epicurean round was completed a while ago, and I still have fond memories of the treatment. Why? Because it went quickly. It has always been like this: all good things come in threes. After all, it is not for nothing that the number three often stands for completeness. Even in fairy tales and legends, the heroes have to pass three tests before they are successful.

Get into the rhythm – «build».

Following on from the second round, the third course was once again an integral part of my morning routine. Neither my muesli got in the way – because there is room for both – nor did the time frame feel strange. Everything was just right, shot for shot.

In rhythm through everyday life – «grow».

I was particularly pleased about one very special aspect during the treatment: Epikur allowed me to experience once again that there is more to life than just doing it, carrying it out and following through. As Max Frisch said so beautifully: "Most people confuse being there with experiencing it." Don't we tend to consume events and activities in everyday life without really getting involved in them or drawing a deeper meaning from them? Even if we hopefully participate actively, sometimes we do it too superficially. Taking part and experiencing intensively is many times better than just being there! - So I don't just drink Epikur, I experience it. How cool is that!

Carry on – «preserve».

This increases as routine becomes an almost unnoticed side issue – and that feels good. Then it becomes easy. Then it is no longer mentally demanding. And then it is easier to stick to the routine and make it a permanent and positive habit in the long term. So I felt a sense of melancholy as I mixed the last sachet of powder and looked into the empty pack. I would have loved to have found a little note on the bottom of the box that would lead me to a link where I could order the fourth pack. With that in mind, I look forward to seeing your progress, because I am convinced that others also want to experience Epicurus. In any case, I would like to continue with this trilogy in the next three stages. – Where can I order?
